Separate in app chat for Business Support

Hi Guys,

From using my business account for a little while now, something that has become quite apparent is that a single ‘in app chat’ doesn’t really work.

I can have an ongoing issue with my business account and then need to contact support for my personal account but then everything becomes bundled together and hard to keep track of.

Obviously the business account is in its very early stages so this is to be expected but just little bit of feedback as I haven’t seen this mentioned anywhere.
