The timeline includes a send money option for Android. Is this just internal FPS in GBP within UK or will this also include external SEPA in EUR within EU? It is rather vague on the timeline.

Just Monzo internally initially and then faster payments when we have a fully functioning bank next year 
I can’t wait for this feature. I use PayPal currently for transferring money and receiving money from friends for everything from drinks, lends of money, etc. I’ve also got lots of them on board for Monzo… It would be great also to see stats between money sent/recieved between two parties!!
