Is there any reason why Scotrail continually ask for transactions to be approved via the Monzo app? When approved in app the transaction then resets and needs to be restarted ( it usually eventually works on the 4th or 5th iteration )
I’ve tried buying the same ticket with 3 other payment sources and none of them have ever needed secondary authorisation.

All banks should do it. The others haven’t caught up yet.

It causing an error afterwards is their poor implementation.



Might just be an issue with their website currently I’ve had it happen a few times takes me a couple tries to get it approved
