Issue: appears scheduled payments no longer work for next day
Details to reproduce: create a payment a schedule for the next day. Hit done. And the payment goes out same day. If you pick a day further into the future say 2 days works fine.
Today, 26 October, I schedule a payment for Monday.. see red screen shot. I schedule a payment for Tuesday.. see green screenshot
