You’re telling me for national rail tickets that involve Merseyrail, you can’t buy a ticket on Trainline?
Edit: You can but have to apparently collect it from a staffed window, which while I admit shows that apparently they are necessary specifically in Merseyrail’s area, doesn’t really apply to the country as a whole (and is really, incredibly funny to me).
Also, the fact that you can only collect it from a staffed window is really out of luck if you live at an unmanned station.
Correct. If it there you need to collect from a station with a person there.
The other way around is fine.

Back on topic, I just got my second switching bonus from Santander which was a very nice surprise.
(I do actually use the account for all my household DDs so it wasn’t hard to meet the criteria but I wasn’t expecting anything.)
How long was it between the switching bonuses being paid?
I went to a pub recently and made two identical card payments.
Santander Money Manager sent a notification today that I should check that I hadn’t made a duplicate transaction, which I thought was quite useful.
Months. Account opened in late April, got paid today.
I think they say at least 90 days after the switch completes which would be about right.
