Repeating Payment - Subscription

I’m unable to mark payments as subscription…

Nothing happens when I click Create Subscription button

It worked fine before

[Android/iOS] Unable to create repeating payment

Issue: I’ve recently renewed (and have on autorenew) my playstation plus subscription. I’d like to create a repeating (annual) card payment for summary to predict when it’s coming next. When I set the switch on for repeating payment I get the message “Sorry there was a problem.
