Reopening my account

I want to reopen account emailed on 4th april still no response

Did you email from the address they have registered for you?

Who closed the account? If Monzo closed it, then there may be a reason they’re reluctant to reopen it.

There shouldn’t be any issue with reopening an account otherwise, I shouldn’t think. Are you using the same email address you used for the old account?

So they answered your email and instead of opening it you closed it?

Or did they refuse to reopen it for some reason :thinking::wink:
