I know how to switch from one bank to another. My question I get carers allowance paid in. But in another bank. Do I need to inform CA about different bank account, as account change. Thanks
If you use the current account switch service then it will automatically redirect the payment but itās a good idea to let them know your new account details as well. Keeps things tidy with their records

It depends what you mean by āanother bankā. If this other bank is the one that youāre switching to Monzo then your Carersā Allowance will automatically be redirected to Monzo.
If it isnāt the one that youāre switching to Monzo then your Carersā Allowance will continue to be paid to this other bank and youāll need to arrange for the payments to be redirected yourself.

I have CA paid into starling. Now want it paid into Monzo. Been trying all day well 10-2 to get through to let them know Bank account number change. No one answers. Thanks for answering
