Refund Query

Hi. We recently had a refund on our joint account but we haven’t yet had the funds paid into the account. We have proof from the vender that they actioned it on Sunday 22nd March (over 10 days ago) but it hasn’t yet been returned into our account. Can you advise how long refunds take

You need to contact support in app. People on the community here, cannot help with this

You’ll get your refund when Monzo have it, they don’t keep it, they process it straight to you.

Highly likely the vendor is lying to you.
