I have received a text saying new card been ordered. I cannot see anything in the app. How can i see if the text is genuine without clicking the link in the text?

Please can you take a screenshot of the text, and don’t click the link?
We won’t send out texts like this, can you please contact us in chat where we can confirm it’s not genuine and definitely do not click the link!

You can tell it’s not genuine by the fact it is a text.
Monzo have no need to test you. They would send you a message in the app if it was real.
