Is more with computers and printers , they actually stay on somewhat when powered off but plugged in.

Unless it’s a fancy router there’s no need to unplug.

It’s a problem with the app somewhere I’d say as it comes up on the forum from time to time.

If you unplug the internet from the router most devices will say ā€˜connected, no internet’ and the phone should default back to mobile data, but that could depend where the fault with the internet is , if it’s in a data center then your phone won’t necessarily realise that the router isn’t providing internet as it can get ā€˜past’ the router.

Going back to before, the internet probably went down or very slow for a minute and a bug in the app is causing these issues.
