Hi Tom, thanks for the message. I have tried for over 12 hrs now on the app chat but had no luck in talking to anyone.
Also sent a number of emails.
Can you advise me on what’s the next best steps to take please
You’ll just need to wait. 12 hours is overnight at the weekend. It’s not an urgent issue so you’re down the priority list, there’s no way to speed that up unfortunately.
Phone/email are worse options. So just stick with the chat.
