Prompt to choose category

For some transactions, it’s super clear what the category is (e.g. energy bills, council tax, a restaurant). But for others, it can vary - e.g. if I buy something from a petrol station, sometimes it’s petrol, but sometimes it’s food/drink. I’d like the ability to opt to “ask me each time for this vendor” - in the same way that Flex can ask me each time whether I want to pay in 1 month, 3 months etc., I want to actively choose the category for certain vendors, so that I don’t have to remember to go in and change it. Of course, like Flex, if I don’t select a choice within 24 hours, just go ahead and apply the default.
