Monzo already does two of the three suggestions in your article:

Nice! I hope the links do not expire and can be used multiple times. However, for handling online orders, it’s not possible to create links automatically on the spot with specific amount and order number.

A more generic way, as proposed int the article, would also be simpler for customers: no need to choose which bank they use during checkout to get to the correct link, just click one single link.

Monzo.me links don’t expire.

Pay Anyone links to expire (for obvious security reasons). However, if someone is paid using your Pay Anyone link, their account details are saved as a payee in your Payments tab so sending future payments is easy.
