Pin blocked and it fails to send the video

I went into my app yesterday and it said it was blocked for putting the wrong pin in (I don’t know if my daughter tried to get on the app and tried the pin but it seems unlikely that she would) I submitted a video and it keeps saying sorry something went wrong and we don’t know what. I deleted and I reinstalled the app, I turned my phone off and on, cleared cache, tried it on data only and WiFi, I made sure my VPN was off and even deleted the VPN app in the end to see if that would work. I rang Monzo and they said they would clear the block but I had to end the call to try again and it still doesn’t work. All my money is in a pot at the moment so I’m screwed if I can’t get in and move money to my account.

This is something you’ll need to work on with Monzo, we on the here, cannot help with this.
