Hoping someone can advise.
I have a pending payment held on my account for a car rental with Avis.
Avis have emailed me their documents proving that they instructed Monzo to release the pending payment 6 days ago. I have shared all of this with the Monzo CS team who think i am in a dispute with Avis when my dispute is with Monzo.
I have tried to explain via chat and telephone but there appears to be a bizarre lack of comprehension and abundance of indifference.
I am not wealthy and right now i have £300 that should be available in my account.
I have already uploaded all of the documentation from Avis to prove they have asked Monzo to release this money.
