Bank statements and receipts of purchases would work fine.
Sorry I didn’t realise I’d need to explain in detail, it seemed really simple to me.
So I didn’t have the receipts which is why they wanted to see them via the bank statements. However the bank statements also display a lot of other transactions on them that I would have preferred not to share in full. Hence why it would be useful to have an option to generate a statement that shows only the transactions that are required to be shared.

For future reference, it’s common practice to blank out the unnecessary information before sharing a bank statement in these situations.
(In general I agree Monzo should just implement this though, how hard can it really be)

I asked the claims agent if I could do this and she was very adamant that it had to be the original unedited document. She said something like ‘doctoring’ (the word she used) the PDF in any way was not allowed.
