Thank you for being worried. I know this company well. They are located on the ground floor of my building and I have a person I know who’s been working there for years. Let alone the flat payments, I also need various transaction confirmations apart from this one.

Can you not just tap into the transaction and send a screenshot from there if they are so untrusting and insist on proof?

If I was renting and a landlord wanted proof of funds sent, I’d tell them to jog on and check their own bank accounts. I’m not here to do the donkey work for someone else

I hope when it will be implemented - there will multi-select option, eg I could select multiple transactions to be included
Right now I cannot find a way to send some specific transactions as signed PDF.
It might be useful as a proof of payment to somebody (eg insurance, friends, client)

Probably not, support don’t overly have much more ability internally (or didn’t when I was there).
Never personally had a request for it, nor a need to provide similar.
I do know a few other banks have it.
To be fair, it’s a generated PDF, I could write the code for it and my coding ability is terrible Obviously there’s more than just writing the code (adding it to the UI and stuff) but simple is an accurate description.
Also pretty low priority. I have never needed it either, if I did I would just download a statement, spend thirty seconds blanking out the lines I didn’t want to be seen and send that.
