Paypal " Hasn't Accepted Yet "?

Hi guys.

I sent a payment to someone and it’s saying " Hasn’t accepted yet " next to the transaction in my account.
They have definitely received the payment as the product was delivered to my inbox and the money came out of my account

Does this mean the seller has to manually accept each transaction or something ?

it means that the person hasn’t have a PayPal account so in order for them to get the money they need to sign up to an account to accept the money.

I got in touch with the seller and he said there’s a problem with his Paypal and he will accept the payment soon
