They probably didn’t want to put wrong declaration, would something like “Important documents” may be work?
I received a TSB card in the post yesterday, with the envelope folded and you could clearly tell there’s a card inside.
Yeah, I’m sure not how much flexibility they have. It might be something the fintechs do better based on my last few cards, but I feel like I’ve had a couple from high street banks too, where they at least put some longer strips of thick paper either side of it, so it’s a bit less obvious in shape.
