payment pot

Hi I have had a credit from a payment pot that I set up to pay my monthly household bills into my joint account (where the payments come from). It was for £115 and the transfer happened at 0400 in the morning. This has never happened before and Monzo have said it could only have happened if either my wife or I had actioned it using the app, which we did not. has anyone had a similar issue?

Do you have a direct debit that goes out today that you pay from a pot? They aren’t technically paid from a pot, the money comes in to your account first, which is why it may look like there’s a credit, then a few seconds later the direct debit will go out.
