Payment over phone bounce transaction

I attempted to make a purchase this morning to the Royal Albert Hall over the phone, and the payment was attempted twice and it bounced on the address even though it was correct.

It appeared in my feed as the transaction going through and then an immediate refund.

Did I do something wrong?
