Issue: hi, Upwork has confirmed pay out and my upwork balance is Zero!but no credit to my monzo account. Please assist!

Assuming all of the account details are correct wherever the money is coming from, you need to talk to Monzo about that, although the likelihood is that they haven’t seen the payment. There’s nothing we can do here since we’re largely customers too.
Do they pay by bank transfer or BACS?

BACS I think… I was worried coz Upwork balance went to Zero and I wasn’t credited. I guess a slight lag in crediting. But works flawlessly. Thanks a ton ppl xx
