Interesting to know what the gap is at fintechs
It’s not the most popular policy idea out there, but I really think it’s about time governments legislated to say companies can’t pay the top execs more than N times the lowest paid in the company. Gives those up top inscentive to up the pay of everyone, not just those in the boardroom.
