Opening an account using the app

Hi. First time here. Not sure how to get an answer to my conundrum but here goes.

I’m trying to set up a business account using the App. I filled in all the required info and when submitted got a screen showing a clock face with hands rotating and text advising that “We’re processing your application”

Trouble is the clock hands have been spinning for nearly 1 hr and counting I’ve no idea what’s happening. I don’t really want to start all over.

Any ideas please community folks?
