It shouldn’t no. You can just grab an email from gmail.com or outlook.com. You may need to re install the Monzo app on your personal phone though, so that you can log into it once you’ve changed the email on your work phone.
Since you’re using iPhone, if you haven’t already got an iCloud email address, now would be a good time to get one. likewise if you’re already using iCloud, you can log in to iCloud.com on a PC or iPad and just create a new alias for your iCloud account. Different email, same inbox essentially. Instructions here:
