I just did 4 spins of the wheel of fortune - 8 points won on each spin - 32 points total :man_shrugging:

Every little helps.

That’s what I have always had in the past. The above was my fourth spin

Currently have Octopus Go to help with overnight EV charging but saw on HUKD a link to Tomato Energy that have a 12 month fix tariff with three off peak windows. The overnight one is cheaper and longer than Octopus Go.

Anyone come across them? Seems to be a newcomer and very small in size.

Octopus Go is getting a standing charge and peak rate bump from October due to the price cap increase

They look like a company that will go bust but you might make a decent saving in short-term.

Any thoughts on staying on Agile over the winter?

I’m wondering if the prudent approach is to move back to Tracker.

Agile is certainly going up. I always intend to stick it out for a 12-month period to have the data to see if it’s worth it overall (I suspect it is) - but I’ve historically panicked and switched to IOG from November-March. However, there have been a few recent considerations: The percentage of wind power feeding the grid has increased dramatically, which means lesser pricing and because of this, we’re still getting periods of paid-to-use electricity. The last paid-to-use was overnight last week and if you have the ability to use electricity at random times then you can take advantage if on Agile.

So my thinking is to grin & bear it on Agile - as it may work out way cheaper.

Just bear in mind that Tracker is now a 12-month contract and, if you leave during that period, you can’t go back for 9 months.
