Non-Monzo friend Running Split 'Woops' Error

Issue: I have tried multiple times to invite my nkn-Monzo account holding friend to a running split with the link and QR code but after entering email, opening the link sent, and typing his very normal name, a screen loads saying ‘Woops’ and that you couldn’t add him.

Details to reproduce: Invite Non-Monzo user, enter email, click link, enter name, woops!

Can you try a different email for him, or his emails with a plus in the email and see if that works.

Also ask him to clear the cache for the Monzo site.
