It’s been a while since I’ve needed to contact customer support. Where has the chat button disappeared to???
Search “contacting support” and follow the flow to try and self serve your problem first.
If it relates to a transaction, scroll to the bottom of the transaction and tap something wrong, get help.
Alternatively share your issue here and someone may be able to assist from general knowledge (we are solely customers like you, and staff don’t generally problem solve via the community).
Yeah, it doesn’t matter how much I go through the flow I never get to chat help. I tried countless times to flag a transaction on flex but always said there was an issue and to contact support.
to be honest for me, I always thought a huge amount of the value in Monzo offer was the chat support facility. Not sure what their thinking on removing this feature is but it’s a backward step. I don’t particularly want to call their help line. They’ve taken a step backwards.

Monzo started removing it back in 2023 from memory, they’ve been making it harder and harder to access support ever since.
I disagree, I’ve never had an issue searching contacting support.
Just follow any of the flows and then just throw your query in.
Are you raising a section 75? Or raising fraud?

Where exactly are you getting stuck? i.e what options are you selecting and where are you ending up?
