No notification for my Joint Account request

I sent a request to open a joint account with my partner about a week ago and, as yet, she’s not received anything by way of notification.
Does it normally take a while?

When I go to the Joint Account application area in the App, it says that they are “getting in touch with (my partner) to confirm”.

It’s basically instant

Get your partner to check their Monzo feed

If it’s not there then contact in app chat, search contact us in the help section if you can’t see a link

You could also try your partner making the request, it might just come straight through and problem solved. If that fails too maybe it’s a bigger issue that needs looking at

Nothing came through on her feed but I did as you suggested and went to make a request from her side and it was there, ready to accept.
