Hoping for some insight on a missing “Get Paid Early” notification.
Official Payday: Tuesday, May 26th (post-Bank Holiday Monday).
Employer: (who stick to a strict BACS schedule).
The Issue: Usually, for a Tuesday payday following a Bank Holiday, I see the greyed-out “upcoming payment” in my feed by now (Friday morning) to claim at 4:00 PM.
Current Status: My feed is completely blank. No upcoming payment showing at all.
Support Update: I’ve spoken to support, but they’ve been unusually slow to respond and haven’t been able to confirm if the file is visible on their end yet.
I’ve verified with my employer’s payroll schedule that the bank was funded yesterday (Thursday). I also haven’t received any “Payroll Delay” emails which the company typically sends if there’s a BACS submission issue.
Is anyone else with a Tuesday payday seeing their notification yet? I’m worried because I have direct debits due on a joint account and plans tonight that rely on the 4:00 PM drop.
Is it possible the DWP/Bank Holiday volume is just causing a massive display lag today?
