I love that Monzo lets me use my nickname (preferred name) on my card and in the app. I’ve had to contact customer service twice, and it’d be really awesome if the COps saw this so they could use it in the chat too. Given it’s there in the app, it seems this would be easy to implement and a nice personal touch?

Yup. It’s because the 3rd Party Service (Intercom) doesn’t sync the preferred name over - when I pick people up from the queue I make a point of modifying the Intercom name to the preferred name.
