Happy 2026 everybody! We’re so excited to be starting the New Year with our new Irish Monzo Community, and we want to know your resolutions / goals for the year.
I’ll go first; I’m saving for new podcasting equipment. Any recommendations on mics actually? Let us know below!

I can recommend anything from Shure.
I have the Shure SM7B Mic. Which is completely over the top given the fact I do Teams meetings 90% of the time with clients but I get compliments that it sounds good.
I would go for one of the cheaper Shure Mic’s like the MV7X and they are still really good!
Another vote here for the MV7 range. I have the original MV7, and what I like about it is that it has both XLR and USB outputs. That’s handy for me as a musician - I have the XLR going into my audio interface and a Roland effects unit for recording quick vocal melody ideas, and the USB for meetings.

Leaks on upcoming products. Q&A’s with Monzo Executives. Reviews of other banks. Invite on Guests (Customers, Employees etc etc)
Monzo staff aren’t going to leak new Monzo products
