I complained about the ‘new customers only’ thing on here, was asked to DM @Sheri who told me to take it up with HelloFresh, a company with which I suspected I might jeopardise my good relationship by doing so. HF told me to do one, but Monzo said others had had a successful outcome and offered no further solution. I was promised someone from the team would get back to me – they never did. HF still say no and now I can’t be bothered because to keep asking either party makes me feel like an entitled, complaining leucojum.
Now THAT feels ‘premium’.
