Nationwide and Lloyds accounts not linking

Has anyone else had trouble linking their Lloyds and nationwide accounts?

Lloyds just says there’s an error and quits, while nationwide hangs at the ‘returning to Monzo’ screen and does nothing. Has anyone else had this?

My Nationwide account has linked without any issue since day one.

Have you tried uninstalling the app? Seems to work for a lot of things like this.

Yeah I just did - looks like their apps are faulty. Lloyds is a pain though, they require you to put in a PIN number via phone call. But if you shut your browser to answer the call it times you out :roll_eyes:

You need to change your lloyds app settings so it logs out after a minute or whatever to do it.
