The one thing I’d add to the advice so far is that before you add any bubblewrap or a duvet, you’ll want to wrap the tv - or the screen at least - in a soft cloth to help prevent any scratches.
Even if I can’t keep the box for a tv or monitor, I always keep the soft bag covering it when new for that reason.
Is it best to lift with two people right. And should it be flat or upright when lifting

One person should be able to lift most TVs, though two is usually better. I’ve moved a lot of TVs, and am fairly confident to say that upright is definitely easier. Good Luck!
