Monzo’s USP? I really don’t think it has one anymore. Compare it with Starling and decide for yourself. (Edit: the card colour, I suppose. Although most cards could be said to be unique, the Monzo card stands out).
Key strategic challenges? Attracting new customers at a time when rivals are upping their game.

Perhaps you could look at Monzo and its competitors and work out what each offers? Not sure ‘research’ really counts if all you’re doing is asking for the answers on the internet.
