Hi I need to have my Monzo bank statements stamped and signed by someone at the bank for a GOV vetting process can someone advise me the best way to do this please?

Perhaps you don’t understand what is meant by in-app chat?

Go to the Help section, then scroll to the bottom and and click “Chat with a real human”.

But I suppose you could call if that’s what you prefer.
