With Monzo Perk, specifically Greggs, does anyone know if the perk ‘expires’ visually?
I could’ve sworn I used it this week but can’t remember if it was in the week before just prior to cut off.
My in-app perk shows the QR code and expiration date of 2359 tonight. If I had used this already, and can only use once, surely it would say “Used” and greyed out?
The Greggs QR code stays visible with weekly cut off time. Only way to find out is attempting to use that code for the second time and get denied at the till I guess.
Thanks @hannng - at least I’m not going mad (I think ). I was going to pop out to use the Greggs perk but I’m nearly convinced I’ve already used it and don’t want to waste the fuel in case not .
I’ve moved changed this to ‘Feedback’ now as it doesn’t appear to work as intended. It’s already expired as it’s one time use, and it doesn’t state that. So I’m not sure it’s a constraint or a bug. Either way, it’s not correct.
Do Monzo actually look at threads tagged ‘Feedback and Ideas’, I wonder? There have been many such posts that seem to have amounted to nothing and many threads with lots of votes which have also been ignored.
I think it’s more of a constraint than a bug. They could only issue the voucher, but I don’t expect Monzo app can read Greggs till system to mark the voucher as used.
Best way to know is only activate the code just before claiming the item. So if you come back to the app and the code is already there, then you’ve already claimed the Perk.
Yeah and I got a hot drink last time. I remember going to the till and thinking “why get a sausage roll when I can pay for that as it’s cheaper than the drink”
