Monzo staff donā€™t care about posting on here anymore. Before the Big Brother movement, we had @Dan5 and @_Tom interacting regularly, with the other monzonauts popping in (and Iā€™m guessing the engagement was even more so back in the early days of this community). But now staff just make a post about a product and then just leaves. For example the Grow tab, where there was people who actively wanted to test it and it took ages to send out a 2nd Google formā€¦ Even a post saying ā€œitā€™s a little delayed, but weā€™re expecting monzo mobile to launch some time around [insert date]ā€ would be better than radio silence šŸ˜• ---

What on earth is going on šŸ˜… Engagement on here is still strong. People like having a good moan from time to time. One certain person always springs to mind - they chirp up, threaten to leave, but never actually do. Just look at how many people came back after the ā€œexodusā€, too. ---

Monzo staff will sometimes post new topics but when they do post thereā€™s rarely much follow-up e.g. [See all your insurance policies (even with other providers) in the Monzo app](https://community.monzo.com/t/see-all-your-insurance-policies-even-with-other-providers-in-the-monzo-app/194715) or the Grow topic mentioned earlier. ---

I agree, staff wise, engagement has flatlined. They do get hounded by everyone to be fair - and trying to reply to everything would be a full time job in itself šŸ˜… ---
