Apparently no. The transaction seems to go, even the Monzo app recognizes the charge but at the end the trasaction is denied at the POS. Any help from then MonzoBank staff for helping us to understand why it isn’t working?
If you click on the transaction, scroll to the bottom and then you can select “Somethings wrong” and speak to Monzo from there.
It sounds like it was denied due a security issue, especially if you’ve got the funds in your account.
Turning on location-based security might help your transactions go through, in that case?
Take a look in your settings and make sure it is enabled.
