Monzo flex still showing active

I switched away from monzo last month and got my current account closed after settling all my flex debt. But a credit check is still showing my flex card as active. I thought the flex card would also close on doing a switch. How can I confirm the status?

Did you close the flex account?

It can take up to 60 days for accounts to be marked as closed vs your credit file.

I did not close the flex account manually. I assumed (and also read online)
that the switch would close the current account and that would close the
flex account as well.

If it’s not updated within 60 days, send a dispute through the credit agency and they will pick it up with Monzo.
