I went into a shop got Ramsdens yesterday to get 300 pounds worth of euros, it went through fine but then at 4 in the morning I got charged again with it and now my balance is negative 230?

I think the best course of action for you would be to contact support through the in app chat.

Sometimes you can get multiple transactions as processors settle accounts. This is especially true in America. One of the charges should disappear as the authorisation will expire but you should contact Monzo anyway
