Well, I’m not :upside_down_face: but you’re best trying to contact Monzo yourself but I would doubt you’d get much from them.

My advice: get another bank account opened in the meantime while you see what’s happened.

@Coral-Crew are not staff members, they’re volunteers, completely unpaid, iirc - i’ve not seen an admin close a thread before

Could you point me to the exact act of parliament that gives this right? Or was it part of the Magna Carta?

Talking about Monzo closing accounts is not against community terms and conditions or rules. Might as well change my profile picture to the report/flag icon at this point
