I left this out, yup, but it’s very much in my mind, too. There is a book called The Coming of Neo-Feudalism: A Warning to the Global Middle Class sums up in both title and content what awaits us without any formal pushback. Are you aware of the origins of the game of Monopoly (it was called “The Landlord’s Game”. When successive generations feed wealth internally you end up with high concentrations; it’s just a mathematical reality. So it’s great if your parents are the ones with their house bought and a clutch of BTLs to give you! (or to cash-out-refinance your deposit with).
