I’d like to put an idea forward. I work within a high street mobile industry and I’ve noticed that whenever a new customer comes in-store to sign up, they can’t as they new to the country and to open an account it takes some time. So being a great representative I provided them with a Monzo ticket and after a week they came back and pass credit check for a low end SIM contract.
Is there anyway you have reached out to Network providers such as EE, Vodafone, Three or O2. Just an idea which can certainly boost the customer sides within Monzo and whilst working in conjunction with providers.
