I joined Monzo last October and although not the best with money (me not Monzo) it’s turned out to be one of my better decisions. For me I’ve never had any particularly serious issues but when I have had the odd niggle the bank have sorted things out . For me they cut the crap and seeming beaurocracy of many legacy banks.
They’re not perfect, but with get paid early Monzo plus etc etc they’re traveling on the right path.

Agreed, they’re a great bank, but I wouldn’t use Monzo Plus as an example…

Why not?
Monzo Plus sounds great. They’re certainly “travelling on the right path” with it as the OP states. We just want it sooner rather than later
