# Monzo app not working

The Monzo app won’t start on my iOS phone today… just hangs on the logo. Latest app version. Is the app down?

Have you tried deleting and reinstalling the app?

Nope. Restarted my phone and it’s working again now. Strange that that’s the first time I’ve had to do that in 4 years of using the app.

Have you tried to force close Monzo application ?
