I do not have access to any functions on MONZO app for 5 days now. Whenever I want to access the message appears: Sorry there was a problem. Please try again later and contact us if it continues.
I get notifications about transactions and I can see balance of my account but I can’t open summary, account details, chat, or any other functions. I already reset my phone. Nothing changed. Has anybody experienced similar issue? How to fix it?
