You’re in the UK not Ireland, so I’ve updated the tag.
Did you use the same details you used to open your account? Could just be a glitch, if it keeps happening drop Monzo a message via the help section in the app.

Double check the terms and conditions and make sure both you and the person referred you have met the criteria.
I am I Ireland. I have the App. I am 6600 on list. I followed the links provided by my grandson.
Armagh is in the UK (based on your username)(Northern Ireland) so you’d not be eligible for the Ireland EU account.
You need to sign up for a UK account, which is why the text has come through.
If you delete the app, reinstall, and sign up for a new Monzo account using the same phone number you got the text on, you’ll meet the reward eligibility.
If you hold an Irish passport and reside in the Republic of Ireland in a ROI address you can get an Irish account otherwise you’d be ineligible as most Irish banks including neo banks like Revolut and Monzo require Irish residence usually
